The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wishes to inform relevant stakeholders including actors from civil society, local authorities or the private sectors that ECOWAS Commission and its partners (CILSS and Expertise France) are implementing the Global Alliance Against Climate Change Initiative in West Africa.
