The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the Project delivers the results specified in the Project Document, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. The Project Manager will manage the day-to-day activities of the PMU and other stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Project by providing technical, management and coordination support. He/she will be working closely with a project team composed of the Project Assistant, Chief Technical Advisor, Administrative and Financial Officer, Procurement
Expert, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Safeguard Officer, Gender Officer, and an Administration & Finance Assistant.
The Project Manager typically presents key deliverables and documents to the board for their review and approval, including progress reports, annual work plans, adjustments to tolerance levels and risk registers.
