. Purpose of the Consultancy
The main objective of this baseline study is to comprehensively assess climate hazards, risks, and impacts in Liberia, as well as the utilization of climate information and its socioeconomic benefits. By accomplishing the objectives, the baseline study will seek to offer valuable insights into the present state of climate resilience, adaptation, and decision-making processes in Liberia. This endeavour aims to establish a basis for targeted interventions and to support the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities and outputs under the Green Climate Fund Simplified Approval Process (SAP) Project (SAP018 "Enhancing Climate Information Systems for Resilient Development in Liberia (Liberia CIS)").

The Scope of the Services to be performed
